Sunday

I promised I'd attend. If the candles flicker and dim when I enter I'll sneak back outside and wait on her. It's risky.

I'll let you know.

Later today.

  1. If the sky darkens and the ground begins to tremble, get out of there! HAHA! No really, the good Lord will welcome you with open arms, he came for us sinners and not the Saints. I'm sure Sweet Wife will be proud as a mother hen to have you by her side. That is the reason I attend church with my Sweet Thing as much as I do.

    1. She was in the choir when I walked inside...her, all smiles. I pointed to a pew near the rear of the church. She frowned and shook her head no and motioned me forward, in front of the whole congregation - I wanted to hide under the pew. The ground didn't shake.

  2. doublebhomestead is right; anyway, it's pretty hard to sneak up on God. I believe He can handle it. :)

    2. I was a good boy and God must have been occupied elsewhere as I made it out alive. Even took her to lunch.

  3. Don't forget to stand up and shout "Praise Gawd!" ever so often. The pastor will appreciate it, I promise.
