Protection

I've spent the last two hours online with LifeLock. I had to answer many questions and enter tons of information, which I might add, went against my basic instincts. Even so I feel my sleep will be sound.

This protection is cheap compared to identity thief, trust me.

Just a word to the wise.

*****

I arrived home this evening to find our home and yard covered in debris. We had one heck of a storm today. The rain gauge held five inches of water. If I remember correctly this five inches of rain was dumped in less than an hour. Our two day total is nine inches. We're wet.

If you live in a dry area and need rain, yell. I'll box a few inches and overnight the package.

I'm considerate like that.

BTW,  LifeLock refused to give me a case of ammunition for my endorsement so I've refused to hot link 'em...cheap boogers.

(Update: News reported our damage was the result of a tornado. A cat 2.)

  2. I will take it. We been getting plenty this year but August is always dry so it won't go to waste. Glad you guys made it through the storm. Too bad about picking up the yard though.

    1. Thanks, PP. The yard was a mess and now I understand why...weather service reported we had winds in excess of one hundred miles per hour. I now have a great supply of pine cones for a fall fire.

  3. We don't need any in MN. The rivers and creeks are getting back to normal from the rain in June. I know its now Aug. That much rain. Send to to Mojave Rat, they may want it, hahaha.

  5. Lucky you didn't get worse damage.

Anyone who steals my identity is in for a shock. Maybe there's already a guy doing time in my name. :)

    1. We are lucky. Some homes are now without roofs. You'd be surprised how much damage an identity thief can inflect on your life....don't underestimate the sonsabitches. Thanks, my friend.

  6. One more firewall against identity theft. Contact all three credit agencies and have access blocked. It will be an inconvenience when you decide to borrow money, or change insurance carriers, but it is another layer of protection.
