    1. I understand. My television is limited to a very few shows this being one. Thanks, Dan.

  2. I usually lose interest in a show after a few seasons. I am about there with this one too. I thought season 2 was very well done especially with the climax of Sophia being where she was (in case someone hasn't watched.)
I'm ok with accepting literary devices, but why is it that the Gov was the only 1 able to set up a relatively safe outpost?
Interlocking trenches too deep for the walkers, palisades of sharpened stakes, someone should be fabricating bows and arrows by now.
And RICK, I like my fictional leaders to be a little more John Wayne, maybe not 100% but a little more. I was right with Carl the first few minutes last night. Dang man, suck it up!

    1. Ah, the 'ole Hollywood good and evil thingy. Rick, good with a human touchy feely side. The Gov badass survive at any cost kill 'em all and allow God to sort 'em out kinda evil gun loving conservative kinda fella....like that. Which, gives the Gov the edge when it comes to safety. All shows, sooner or later, jump the shark. I'll wait on this one...for a while. Thanks, and btw, thanks for hitting that follow button.

  3. I did not think the season premier was very good. I have discovered I don't like the show without the group. I did have a moment when I thought Rick was dead and turning into a walking dead critter. Carl was just a careless idiot on this show and he is normally not portrayed that way. On one of the breaks when Michonne was on the couch of the Talking Dead, I thought this was the end of her! Speaking of commercial breaks. There were 10 or 12 every 10 minutes. I think there were more commercials than show time. I agree with SCextremist about Rick...He has become such a wimp!

    1. We agree on the commercial breaks...they're ridiculous, but it makes the show money.
Carl was just the typical pissed off teen. He learned his lesson. During a couple of the scenes Sweet Wife nearly jumped out of her chair and at one point she helped them fight. Don't worry, they'll bring back the group. Heck, just watch and be entertained. Thanks, Sweet Lady.

  4. I enjoyed the show last night. I do hope (probably fruitlessly) that Judith is still alive some how.... Loved the pudding scene. lol! And the 'talking dead' afterwards was better than usual.

  5. Well I forgot to say that I loved when Carl thought Rick had turned. But yeah, I have to agree Rick is a bit whimpy. But I had a dream last night about him and he was ALL MAN.... WITH HIS REAL ACCENT... and that is all I'll say about THAT! lol! ;)

    1. I liked the show too, Kellie. Now Rick in my dreams, nope. Anyhow, hope you had a nice time in the dream. Thanks, my dear friend.
