Request from A Reader

Stephen,
The "specialists" sent my daughter home yesterday to wait on another still birth. She is 27 weeks pregnant. Sebastian has a hole in his heart and a nearly microscopic aorta. He grew one ounce in the past two weeks. Weighs 15 ounces. Needs surgery within 8 hours after birth. Boston (we live in NC)will do the surgery if he weighs 32 ounces. All other hospitals say 3 pounds. Specialists are convinced he is not going to make it. Please ask your readers to continue praying. We need a miracle. Continuing to pray for your full recovery. Glad you are well. Hugs and kisses (tho I know you give them freely and often!) to Little Bit.
Mammaw B

Let's help....it's a baby after all. And, thanks.

Stephen

  1. Mamma - i said this to you in a comment on Stephen's last post but i will repeat it. you, your family and especially baby Sebastian have been in our prayers and you all will remain there until all of us here, together, pray and try to pull off a miracle. we can do this! the people that gather here are really good people and if they say that they are praying - they are. we can do this! please give a big warm hug to your daughter from all of us. this has to be so hard on her, hard on all of you, but especially her.

come on baby Sebastian - you can do it!

our warmest thoughts and prayers to you and all of yours Mammaw!

  5. Done.

Never let it be said that I did not have a moment to stop and bombard the gates of Heaven on behalf of a child.

  6. what thou ask in HIS name, believing, IT shall be received.
    The Father above has heard....

Tough for us to handle, is our interpretation of GOD's will.
The LORD makes no mistakes, no matter what.

    My prayer has been forwarded.

  8. I don't really pray and I mostly yell at God But I'll give it a go for the little fella. I have a freind who was born 5 months early and the specialist told him the same thing. He's 25 now

  12. In our prayers. God is still in charge...not the doctors. If I had dug a grave every time the doctors told me my son would never....... I'd be to China about now.
