I think the little bear is a government snitch. He puts way too much faith in "Fema won't" or "The President won't" or "such and such an amendment guarantees." He wasn't down in New Orleans during Katrina, I guess. On the other hand, maybe the Rabbit overestimates the learning potential of You Tube and should get out to the range a little bit. These things are a hoot, and they usually have a good basis in fact. This was a good one.
