I would be worried about the battery life myself.
Me too.
Interesting concept, but I've learned better than to go with the first generation of any new technology. If it is workable & survives to the second generation, then it might be something to consider. It's a remarkable idea, though.
dear sweet one - Rev. Paul is right. jambaloney was an IT specialist for 15 yrs and he never goes with first generation technology.your friend, kymber
I agree guys...it's just a thought. Remember, a back-up to a back-up.
Do they say how easy it is to see the screen in the sun light? Might be important. Also it might not work in the cloud. :-)
Long as the sucker works on the ground, I'm fine. Thanks, Muddy.
Cool! I want one!
It would sure make for a fine back-up system...nice to see 'ya, Hermit. Thanks.
If it works, it's all good... :-)
My thoughts exactly, my friend. Thanks.
Stephen, if you get a moment email me at harryflashman23@gmail.com.nothing urgent.
Will do...
Might be something to purchase, put in an EMP proof case, and put away for a SHTF scenario. Price is attractive.
I agree..thanks, my friend.
How long to charge. Looking at the photos, it doesn't look like there is enough solar cell area to charge the unit in a day. likely you'd get about 4 hours work time for 12-16 hours charge time.ANd the website (conveniently) forgets to mention time to full charge.
All good questions..I simply like the concept of a solar powered laptop. Thanks, my friend.
