Coffee Time

It's a lazy Sunday afternoon and I wanted a cup of coffee.

So I baked a chocolate cake.

My first. When it cools I'll apply chocolate icing.

Hey, when you want a cup of coffee and a snack and the wife is busy at work you'll learn new skills.

Hope its good.

Stephen

  3. You just baked a cake! That is baking. If it is chocolate, how can it be anything but good?

    1. Yes, I did bake a cake...on the spur of the moment too. Me, all proud and stuff.

Linda, I'm amazed I can still look down and see my belt buckle. I'm stuffed. Thanks, Sweet Lady.

  4. Stephen,

    Coffee and cake, YUM!
Looks like you did a great job on making cake for the first time. Will you be making frosting for the first time too?

I hope Sweet Wife is feeling much better?

  5. Even with a piece of glass stuck in my foot, I had to make meals for my husband - even when it just consisted of putting things in the microwave!! I must show this post to him.
