Highly Recommended

A couple of nights back I made fajitas. I used a new salsa. I fell in love.

Not the greatest picture in the world. This is a shot of my butcher block where I laid the jar on its side but I think you can read it. The brand is 'Mateo's.' The taste is great. I purchased the jar at Costco. Yes, for you poodle walkers out there it is organic. Trust me, try it.

  1. I doubt I can get it local, but what the heck, I travel. Will keep an eye out, thanks.

    1. Hope you do find some, Bubba. Like I said, Costco. Thanks, my friend.

  2. I'll look for it the next time I go to the grocery store or Sams Club. Generally, I make my own salsa.
By the way how were the fajitas?

    1. Yes, I too like to make my own...but, didn't have time nor the fresh ingredients, and it takes me 24 hours to make my perfect batch. The fajitas were great, and thanks for asking...take care, sweet one.

  3. Oh come on....ya gotta throw a bit of description in there. Sweet? Hot? Spicy with an after taste of cilantro? You wouldn't make it as a wine taster, huh.

    BTW: I'm joking with ya.

    1. Okay...By mistake I purchased medium spice..which was too hot for Sweet Wife and not hot enough for me. The cilantro favor was mild, too mild for me. Yet, it reminded me of the base flavor of my home made salsa..and since its from a jar I was surprised. It makes a great condiment. Highly recommended for those handicapped in the kitchen. And, no, I'm not a wine taster....thanks, Sweet Lady.
