Tomorrow morning I'd like to wake and find this pictured breakfast on my table.
It's been many years since I've had a perfectly cooked soft boiled egg with toast points.
It's only a dream you know...more than likely my breakfast will consist of a stale granola bar and a cup of coffee.
At least I can dream.
Stephen
Bacon, you're missing BACON! :-)
ReplyDeleteAs much as I love bacon, and Lord knows I do love it...I'm able to eat one, but only one, breakfast without it. Thanks, my friend.
DeleteMaybe you need to think inside the box for a change... Pop Tarts!
ReplyDeleteHate 'em...with a passion. Though I must admit, pop tarts make great hog feed. Thanks, Rob.
DeleteI would not like a soft-boiled egg, but I would like that chicken. And bacon.
ReplyDeleteI suppose if I'm ever to have another soft boiled egg I'll need to find an egg cup...one far more masculine. Cute chicken though, isn't it. Thanks, Linda.
DeleteWould love to have that egg cup also, Linda! Too bad you don't live closer Stephen. My 'girls' lay the best tasting eggs in the world!

Hey, we have UPS...just crate 'em and ship 'em....thanks, Sweetheart.
DeleteI don't like no egg not cooked all the way. Like the lil chicken egg cup. I'm still in search of my tea set from my childhood. I was 7 or 8 when my mom gave it to me and she had it in a box carefully wrapped in tissue paper. She was given the set by her grandmother when she was a small child. She kept it hidden for a good number of years. I took care every time I brought it out--- no tea in them cups. Pretend only. My little brother and my dolls had good parties. I always got him a cookie if he attended. This set would be 65 years old today. Very close to finding it and do not care what I have to pay even if it takes my silver.
