I'm Ticked Off

Because it seems I'll miss season three of The Walking Dead on AMC. Seems Dish Network, my satellite provider has its panties in a knot over AMC's add asking Dish customers to drop the Dish Network. It's nothing more than a fight over fees.

Shucks. I like zombie movies and this was a good one. Guess I'll wait and watch it on DVD. If I didn't hate cable so much I'd cancel Dish.

    We use netflix and enjoy it much more than dish or cable. Better shows and only $8 per month as opposed to $80 for satellite.

      Tricia, we too use Netflix. I pay their nine buck and change fee but wish they'd allow live streaming of newer movies and shows. Thanks. Please, don't be a stranger.

    Netflicks is a ways behind and maynot get the next season since they been losing so many contracts. My info is old though I froze my account back in April.

    You can catch it on project free TV but it's hit and miss.

    I watch it if I can but honestly I think of "The Walking Dead" as a comedy. It should be named 1001 things not to do in a zombie apocalypse.

      My friend, you are right as it is comedy...I yell at the screen, 'pick up the rifle, you fool.' But, they seldom if ever listen to me. Thanks, my friend. Guess I'll wait for season three on dvd.

    I don't blame you for being mad. I've spent the last two days watching the reruns from the very first show, and I have them memorized. I just wish they hadn't killed Shane. He was the man with a plan and carried them out instead of worrying over which was the right choice.

    AND, I can't get enough of seeing the Python.

    WHAT a weapon!!

    The new series starts in October. Surely a man of your skills knows how to circumvent your dish and get any show you want. THINK! It's a matter of life or death!

    I am with dish too and find them almost as annoying as Wal-Mart, but I thought they moved AMC to somewhere around 9600 on the remote. I could be wrong. Velcro8ball

      Anon, they did move it to the freezer section. Then, they cut it. AMC's gone on Dish. Thanks, and hey, come on back...nice people hang here.
