mmm....is there anything that doesn't taste better with bacon? i looove bacon! and that recipe looks delish!
(by the way - do you save your bacon drippings to be used to cook other things? when i was growing up there was always a big can on the coal stove that we poured bacon drippings in. then every time you cooked something you would spoon out some bacon grease and heat it in the pan - oh yum! we save our bacon grease in a jar in the fridge. and use it alllllll the time!!!)
I think I am # 32, what do I get for the prize? No, I don't need you to dance at my next wedding! I'm not having one! Coming up on 30 years, and I feel the same as when we first met! I do like your site--recipes, some books, not soo much on the guns. So I have followed you NOW, my blog is associated with the new email from yahoo, when its ready, let you know, its about coupons...so that is for that, and 9patchtlk is still at the gmail. soon not so much on Fbook, too social for me..errr C Ya Tlk Oh and check the profile pic and see if you can see a dixie critter!<3
Stassja, thank you. Yes, on the bacon grease. For those of us with a Southern American heritage, bacon drippings are part of our fabric of life. I keep mine in a stone crock. Everything taste better with pork fat.
Tlk, thank you so much for hitting that follower button. Little Bit was sitting here with me not long ago and wanted to know what it was 'all about.' Explained it and she said I needed more 'cause' other writers had more than me. She gave me the challenge to 'get more' before Christmas. I always follow orders. If I can't dance at your next wedding, well, guess you'll have to wait until I can think of another prize. Again, thank you very much. Coupon blog is a great idea.
