herbal tea...and maybe some home-made beef broth with croutons and fresh minced garlic in it....get yourself better, dear sweet one, we all need you well. sending love as always, prayers as always and healing thoughts that you will feel better soon. rest, dear one. rest. you need it.
.in the olden days (yes, that was before I was born!). . .traditionally hope chests were for the mothers to prepare for their daughters. Never had my mother, never had a daughter. I asked him one night a few weeks ago to look a doily I had been working on. .Do You See the Pineapples, Son? No, but the strawberries are nice. .I am working on a pattern with Copper colored thread, teeny tiny needle, and the doily will be 15 inches when I am done! My son has seen the pineapples, so I have chose this for him. And. . .I have a Memory chest for him with copies of everythings I have ever made for other people., and things just for him. my hope is that he remembers this calmed my nerves during difficult times and always made with a loving spirit to which most people never known
