A month ago, Obama met with Sara Brady and promised her the administration was working on gun control "under the radar." Those are his own words. It was only reported in small articles on CBS and Fox. Now we see what he meant by it. The Democrats remember losing West Virginia over gun control and losing the election for Gore as a result. But now they are starting to think they can slip it in on people who have no jobs, are worried about losing their job if they have one, can't pay for gas, can't pay the electric bill. While the populace is distracted, the "elite" can impose their world view on everyone else. Or at least so goes the rationale.
